Several deodorization methods of solid sodium ethoxide

As environmental optimization becomes more and more obvious, the treatment of three wastes in the production process also becomes more important. In the report, the sewage discharge process will be designed according to different pollution sources, and this product will produce some exhaust gas odor. Today, several deodorization methods of solid sodium ethoxide are introduced.

1. Adsorption method. The odorous substances are transferred from the gas phase to the solid phase by the adsorption function of the adsorbent.

2. Water absorption method. Using the characteristic that some substances in the odor are easily soluble in water, the odor components are directly contacted with water, so as to dissolve in water to achieve the purpose of solid sodium ethoxide deodorization.

3. Thermal combustion method. At high temperature, the odorous substances are fully mixed with the fuel gas to achieve complete combustion.

4. Dilution diffusion method. The odorous gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney, or diluted with odorless air to reduce the concentration of odorous substances to reduce the odor.

5. Liquid absorption method. Using the chemical reaction characteristics of certain substances and liquid medicines in the odor of solid sodium ethoxide, some odor components are removed.

6. Masking method. A stronger aromatic odor is used to blend with the odor to mask the odor and make it acceptable.

7. Aerated activated sludge deodorization method. The odorous substances of solid sodium ethoxide are dispersed in the mixed solution containing activated sludge in the form of aeration, and the odorous substances are degraded by microorganisms grown in suspension.

8. Biological trickling filter method. The principle is similar to the biological filter type, but the filter material used is inert materials such as polysolid sodium ethoxide pellets, ceramics, charcoal, plastic, etc. that cannot provide nutrients.

9. Washing activated sludge deodorization method. The odorous substances are fully contacted with the mixed liquid of the slurry containing suspended solids, so that they are removed from the odor in the absorber, and the washing liquid is sent to the reactor to degrade the dissolved odorous substances through the metabolic activities of the microorganisms growing in suspension.

10. Biological filter type deodorization method. The odorous gas of solid sodium ethoxide passes through the filter bed composed of filter materials from bottom to top after the pretreatment process such as dust removal, humidification or cooling, etc., and the odorous gas is transferred from the gas phase to the mixed phase of water microorganisms. The microbial metabolism on the filter material is decomposed.

11. Three-phase multi-media catalytic oxidation process. The reaction tower is filled with special solid composite packing, and the packing is compounded with a multi-media catalyst. When the odorous gas of solid sodium ethoxide passes through the packing layer under the action of the induced draft fan, it is fully contacted with the liquid-phase compound oxidant sprayed out in the form of a divergent mist through a special nozzle on the surface of the solid-phase packing, and under the catalysis of the multi-media catalyst , the pollution factors in the odorous gas are fully decomposed.

12. Low temperature plasma technology. In the process of dielectric barrier discharge, particles rich in high chemical activity, such as electrons, ions, free radicals and excited state molecules, are generated inside the plasma. The pollutants in the solid sodium ethoxide waste gas react with these active groups with higher energy, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the waste gas.
